Ask AI anything about your MedSpa.
Get real answers.
NeonData connects your marketing, operations, and finances into one AI‑ready intelligence layer — so every answer is grounded in your actual business data.
Grab 30 minutes — pick any time that works for you.
Every channel.
One intelligence layer.
Modern AI can reason over complex business questions — but only if it has access to structured, high-quality data. NeonData ingests from every marketing and operational touchpoint and makes that data available to any AI agent via MCP.
We start deep in one vertical, build the schemas and integrations that actually reflect how those businesses operate, then expand. No generic connectors. No shallow aggregations.
The full stack for
AI-ready marketing data
From raw API ingestion to structured, queryable silver data — NeonData handles the pipeline so you can focus on building.
Unified Multi-Source Ingestion
Connect Google Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Meta, Ahrefs, Uberall, and Google Business Profile. Data flows automatically on a nightly schedule, stored in structured bronze + silver layers.

Unlike generic data connectors, NeonData schemas are purpose-built for service businesses. MedSpa-specific context like location signals, local pack ranking, and SERP feature tracking are first-class.
MedSpa v1Protocol & Service Intelligence
AI-accessible treatment protocols, service explanations, and procedure documentation. Front-line staff can query your own knowledge base in real time — answers grounded in your actual offerings.
Coming SoonAccount-Scoped Privacy
Every piece of data is isolated to its account. Hive-partitioned S3 storage, encrypted credentials, and per-connection access controls. GDPR-delete-ready by design.
LiveAdmin Dashboard & Viz
Visual performance dashboard for every connected source. Rankings trends, traffic curves, ad spend, and review velocity — all in one place with CSV export for your own reporting.
LiveDocument Intelligence
Email, upload, or connect Google Drive. NeonData auto-classifies every document with AI, lets you semantically search across their contents, and extracts line items from vendor invoices.
LiveInventory Intelligence
Track on-hand stock, low-stock and expiring-lot alerts, and equipment across every location — and correlate product consumption with lead volume.
LiveFirst-Party Web Pixel
Drop one script tag and capture pageviews, sessions, call clicks, form submissions, and channel attribution — all first-party. Cookieless by default; built-in consent banner; never transmits form-field values.
LiveEvery channel. One layer.

Common questions
What is NeonData?
NeonData is a multi-source marketing and operations data hub for brick-and-mortar service businesses. It aggregates data from every marketing channel into a unified, structured data layer that any AI agent can query over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The first vertical is medspa.
What data sources does NeonData connect?
NeonData has six live marketing data sources — Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Ahrefs, Uberall, and Google Drive — plus a first-party web analytics pixel. Meta and Google Business Profile are code-complete and pending platform approval. Additional operational and financial integrations are on the roadmap.
How do AI agents access NeonData?
NeonData exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server over streamable HTTP with OAuth 2.1 authorization. Any MCP-compatible agent — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or a custom agent — can connect and query performance, rankings, reviews, and ad metrics in natural language. A REST API is available for programmatic access.
What industries does NeonData support?
NeonData launched in the medspa vertical with purpose-built schemas for local service businesses. The roadmap expands to dental, chiropractic, wellness, salon and beauty, and fitness verticals.
How does NeonData keep data secure and private?
Every piece of data is isolated to its account using hive-partitioned storage, encrypted credentials, and per-connection access controls. The platform is designed to be GDPR-delete-ready, and AI agents only see data they are explicitly authorized to access.

1. Overview
NeonData ("we," "our," or "us") operates a marketing data aggregation platform for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with our Service. We are committed to protecting both your personal data and the business data of your customers.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, company name, and billing information when you register for the Service.
Connected source data: Marketing and operational data from third-party sources you explicitly connect (Google, Meta, Ahrefs, Uberall). This includes search performance metrics, ad spend data, website analytics, and business listing information. We access only the data scopes you authorize.
Usage data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including API calls, dashboard views, and feature usage — used to improve the Service.
Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and session information for security and operational purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To aggregate and transform marketing data into structured formats for your AI tools and dashboards
- To authenticate and secure your account and API access
- To send service-related communications (onboarding, security alerts, feature updates)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your connected marketing data for advertising, cross-customer profiling, or any purpose other than operating the Service on your behalf.
4. Google API Data
NeonData's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service
- Google data is not used to serve advertising
- Google data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service
- No human reads your Google data except with your explicit permission for support purposes
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in isolated, account-scoped partitions in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3 or equivalent). API credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric encryption. Access to your data requires authenticated API keys that you control.
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access logging, and regular security reviews.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers: Cloud storage and compute (under data processing agreements)
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice and the same privacy protections
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Connected source data is retained while your account is active to support historical trend analysis. Upon account termination, you may request deletion of all stored data within 90 days. Account records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal and billing purposes.
You may request deletion of specific data or revoke third-party source connections at any time through the admin dashboard.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@neondata.co.
9. Cookies and Tracking
The Service (app.neondata.co) uses session cookies solely for authentication. The NeonData marketing website (neondata.co) uses our own first-party analytics pixel (nd.js) to collect privacy-safe usage data: pageviews, session counts, scroll depth, and conversion signals such as call clicks and form submissions. This pixel is cookieless by default — no durable tracking cookie is set unless you explicitly accept via the consent banner. It never transmits form field values, and all data is stored on NeonData's own servers and never sold or shared with advertising platforms. You may decline tracking via the consent banner or by setting window.ndConsent = false before the script loads.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
